Cancellation policy

Subscription Orders

By selecting a subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Subscription purchases include a discounted first order and therefore require a minimum commitment of one (1) billing cycle.

Subscriptions cannot be canceled before the first renewal is processed.

After the first renewal has been completed, you may cancel or pause your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed.

If a renewal order has already been charged and shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund, except in cases of product defect or damage.

To manage, pause, or cancel your subscription after the minimum commitment period, please contact Support@trynadora.com before your next scheduled billing date.

Order Cancellations

One-time orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Subscription orders are subject to the subscription terms outlined above.
