Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy under the conditions outlined below.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Once the issue is verified, we will source a replacement.
Timing
Our 30-day Return & Exchange Policy begins from the day the item is received.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and undamaged, must be returned in its original packaging, and must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened or used, or for returns requested due to preference, discomfort, packaging appearance, or misunderstanding of the product.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact support with the subject line “Returns” and include your order number, full name, and the reason for the return.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the returned goods. Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain proof of postage when returning items to avoid lost-package situations. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund status.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
TryNadora is not liable for missing or lost packages once tracking shows “Delivered.” Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery using the tracking number provided. If a package is marked delivered but not received, please check with your mail carrier, neighbors, or building management before contacting us.
If the package cannot be located, we may file a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund is not guaranteed and is subject to the outcome of the claim.
TryNadora is not liable for missing packages due to insufficient or incorrect address information provided at checkout. Orders are shipped to the address entered by the customer, and once an order is in transit, address changes may not be possible. Refunds or reshipments will not be issued in these cases.
